Terms of Service

You must be 18 years of age or older to use this app. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Providing false age information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account termination. If we discover that a user is under 18, their account will be immediately and permanently deleted.

Parents or guardians who become aware of an underage user on this platform should contact us immediately at safety@verifiedonly.app.

You must provide truthful, accurate information when creating your account and during verification. Impersonating another person or creating a false identity is strictly prohibited.

You may not create an account if you have been previously banned from this platform or if applicable law prohibits you from doing so.

Users from sanctioned countries or regions where this service is prohibited by law are not permitted to create accounts.

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate permanent account suspension:

• Harassment, threats, stalking, or abusive behavior toward other users
• Sharing non-consensual intimate images or soliciting such content
• Spam, solicitation, or commercial advertising without permission
• Scamming, phishing, or financial fraud
• Impersonating another person or creating a fake profile
• Uploading someone else's photo as your profile photo
• Sharing illegal content of any kind
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the platform
• Using the platform to facilitate sex trafficking or exploitation
• Any conduct that violates local, state, or federal law

This platform requires identity and liveness verification before use. Verification confirms that:

• A real person completed the verification process
• The selfie matches the profile photo submitted
• A liveness check was completed at the time of signup

Verification does NOT constitute a background check, criminal record check, sex offender registry check, or guarantee of any user's character, behavior, or intentions. You are responsible for your own safety when interacting with other users, especially when meeting in person.

We reserve the right to remove any content, suspend, or permanently ban any account at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any behavior we determine to be harmful to our community.

Decisions regarding bans and suspensions are final. Banned users may not create new accounts.

If you believe your account was suspended in error, you may appeal once by contacting support@verifiedonly.app with your account email and a brief explanation.

You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and use that content to operate the platform.

You are solely responsible for content you post. Do not submit content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or violates any third-party rights.

The app is currently in beta. All features are available free of charge during the beta period.

Premium subscription tiers may be introduced after the beta period ends. If and when paid features are introduced, users will be notified in advance and will not be automatically charged without explicit consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Verified Only and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or any harm arising from interactions with other users.

We are not responsible for the conduct of any user, online or offline.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability limitations. If you live in such a jurisdiction, these limitations may not apply to you.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.

You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits against us.

Arbitration will be administered by AAA or JAMS under their consumer arbitration rules. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of account creation by emailing legal@verifiedonly.app.

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of profile information, or successful matches.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers. If you live in such a jurisdiction, these disclaimers may not apply to you.

You may terminate your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account. We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including liability limitations, IP provisions, and dispute resolution) will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide notice of material changes via in-app notification or email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

For material changes, you will be required to explicitly re-accept the updated Terms before continuing to use the platform.
